Enterprise Singapore HR Technology Initiative

With the nation’s push towards enterprise development, Enterprise Singapore came up with a new grant that is specifically aimed at helping SMEs to adopt innovative HR technologies.

Under this pilot, four areas of HR technology solutions for SMEs were identified.

  1. Employee Engagement
  2. Compensation and Benefits
  3. Learning and Development, and
  4. Recruitment and Selection

Companies can look forward to savings in costs and resources by adopting the right tools and solutions to implement operational HR activities, such as conducting employee surveys and benefits administration.

By putting in place the right systems and processes, companies can focus on strengthening other HR areas as well as growing the company.

Qualified businesses can receive funding support of up to 50% of qualifying costs, including a one-time setup cost (if applicable), a monthly subscription cost capped at 12 months.

 

Appointed HR Tech Providers

These are the eight HR Technology vendors have been appointed under this new programme:

 

1. EngageRocket

EngageRocket is a cloud-based software that helps leaders and organisations make better people decisions using real-time data.

Through cultural change, organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions and other key events, companies use EngageRocket to analyse and act on employee feedback.

This raises their employee engagement and productivity, and serves as an early warning system for talent attrition.

As a start, only four areas are targeted by Enterprise Singapore.

We recognise this is limited as the complexity of HR challenges continue to grow.
